Wolff Vineyard's winemaking philosophy is very simple: wine is made in the vineyard utilizing minimal intervention. Producers of premium, sustainably grown Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Teroldego, Syrah, Petite Sirah & Riesling, this winemaker offers small lots allowing close control of every aspect of the vinification.
Chef Frank Barajas and the culinary experts at Somerset Grill crafted a menu to highlight the subtle flavors that make for a perfect pairing of food & wine. Our friends from Wolff Vineyards will be present to discuss their approach to winemaking and share the inspiration for each bottle being poured.
